Background
Canara Bank is one of India’s leading public sector banks with a large customer base using its mobile app for everyday banking needs. However, the existing app had an outdated interface and complex navigation, making it difficult for users to complete key actions quickly.
The goal of this redesign was to modernize the app’s look and feel, simplify key user flows such as money transfer, bill payments, and account management, and build a consistent design system for a better user experience.
